Delivery incident

Lost or undelivered package : 

When the package does not arrive at its destination within the allotted time, the Customer must inform the Company so that the latter can make a complaint to La Poste.

The Customer may also be asked to make a complaint on their side.

After filing this declaration, La Poste has 3 weeks to provide its feedback and the results of its internal investigation.

If La Poste has not responded within this period, a new order will be sent to the Customer.

If La Poste provides proof of deposit, this is valid and the order will not be reshipped.

If you do not collect your package from La Poste within the allotted time:

You will receive a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel, by presenting an identity document. From the date which will be mentioned on your notice of passage, you will have a period of 3, 10 or 15 days to collect your parcel from La Poste. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us by La Poste. You will then have to pay a fixed amount corresponding to the reshipping costs, so that we can send you your parcel again.

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address in your customer area:

La Poste will be unable to make the delivery. The package will therefore be returned to us and you will be notified by email. You will then have to pay a flat rate (corresponding to the reshipping costs), so that we can send your package to you again.

We decline all responsibility in the event of an extension of delivery times due to the carrier, consequently, the customer will not be able to claim any reimbursement or compensation in this regard.

Right and period of withdrawal In any event, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following that on which the Buyer registered his order, subject to full payment of the price.

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 7 (seven) clear days from the day of receipt of his order by himself or by the recipient of the order, to return his entire order at his own expense and obtain, at the Buyer's choice, the exchange of the products, or a credit or a refund corresponding to the amount of his order.

Products must be returned to Evashair and must be subject to prior agreement.

Customs

There are no customs duties for products delivered to France or the European Community. For other countries, customs taxes may be payable. It is up to the customer to contact the customs services of their country to make a customs declaration if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs related to these customs taxes.
